If you no longer require your item and return it to your local store, unused, in it's original packaging and within 14 days of purchase, we will offer a full refund for that item.
To post your returned item(s), please email a returns form to: returns@smithtools.co.uk and send the item back to:

We recommend using a trackable service when returning items by post or courier to confirm our receipt of your item. We are not responsible for any items we have not received.
Please note that if you are sending the item back yourself, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with an RMA number which speeds up the returns process.
Incorrectly Supplied Items:
In the unlikely event we deliver an incorrect item, please Email to returns@smithtools.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving that item.
We will send you a returns label or arrange a collection if that's easier for you and arrange delivery of your replacement item.
Faulty/Damaged Items:
If upon an item is faulty upon receipt, please ensure the parcel is signed for as damaged and inform us within 48 hours.
Please take photos of the damage and email them to returns@smithtools.co.uk
If your item is faulty upon receipt, please email to returns@smithtools.co.uk and we will send a delivery label or arrange collection for the item to be returned and inspected.
After inspection and once we are satisfied there is a fault, we will either replace the item or arrange for a full refund of the item.
Should your item become faulty within 30 days of delivery please follow the above procedure.
What do I do if an item develops a fault after 30 days?
All our tools come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty which range from 1-3 years.
We will resolve the fault as quickly as possible. We may offer a repair or replacement of the item, or offer a price reduction or refund.
If the product is to be repaired and the manufacturer has provided a helpline, repair service or warranty, please contact the manufacturer direct in the first instance. If you require assistance with locating the manufacturer or their contact details, please contact us via email (returns@smithtools.co.uk) or call 0208 176 6185.
If there is no warranty with the product will either offer a repair or where this is not possible, replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.
We advise all clients register their tools after purchase to benefit from an upgraded warranty.
