Delivery Policy
We offer next day delivery on all orders received before 10am, any orders placed after 10am will be delivered the following working day. Although we make every effort to ensure all orders arrive in a speedy fashion Smith Tool Traders cannot be held responsible for third party errors or mishaps.
Orders over £100.00 are delivered free of charge. Delivery charge on orders under £100.00 start at £10.00 and are dependent on the consignment weight.
You can book your delivery up to 7 days in advance. We will text you from 7am on your chosen delivery day with an estimated 2 hours delivery time slot and a link to live tracking information.
Home & site deliveries are usually between 7.30am and 10.00pm Monday – Saturday.
If you are collecting from store, please wait for your 'ready to collect' confirmation SMS before travelling.
