Delivery Information
Orders placed with Smith Tools may only be cancelled on the same working day that order is placed. Any orders being cancelled after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the value of that order.
Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 3 days but may take longer in some cases. Any orders which take longer to deliver are generally due to items needed to be ordered specifically for the order, therefore a cancellation charge will apply if that order is cancelled as Smith Tools will have incurred additional costs on behalf of that customer to secure their order.
Cancellation of orders containing speciality items which generally have an extended lead time and orders for items with limited shelf-life are case dependent may incur a discretionary charge.
In the unlikely event that any goods are damaged on arrival please notify us via email at hello@smithtools.co.uk immediately but no later than 24 hours after the goods have been delivered. Failure to do this may result in the damaged goods not being exchanged for replacements. If any goods have to be ordered in specifically for your order they will be non-returnable and non-refundable once your order is placed unless they are delivered faulty. These items generally consist of materials that have an extended lead time and Smith Tools will have incurred irretrievable costs arranging their delivery to you. Smith Tools will not accept any liability or damages for goods delivered later than a notified time.

Smith Tools will notify customers after an order has been placed by email, sms or telephone an estimated time of delivery.
Deliveries to offshore UK locations may incur additional delivery charges before goods are dispatched. In unusual cases your order maybe cancelled by Smith Tools if delivery to an offshore location is not feasible or a mainland address is unknown. This will be notified to the customer and agreed before your order is dispatched.
Smith Tools reserves the right to cancel an order at any point in time after an order is placed online.
