Click & Collect Information
Click & Collect is the quickest way to shop with us. Just check we holding your item in stock at your local store, pay online and collect your order in as little as 15 minutes.
Some online Items are stored in our main warehouse and will need to be sent to your selected store, please call 0208 176 6185 to check its status.
Click and collect orders for items in our warehouse placed before 6pm on weekdays and 1pm on weekends will be available at your local store the next working day.
Please wait for your SMS to confirm your order is ready for collection before travelling to the store.
If your Click & Collect order contains items stocked in store and in our warehouse you will receive a separate 'Ready to collect' SMS for each part of your total order.
Our stores are open Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 6pm and 8am-3pm on Saturdays and closed on Sunday.
