Q. Do you deliver internationally?
We're sorry, but we do not deliver to international destinations from our UK website.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
To modify or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service team on 020 8176 6185 or email hello@smithtools.co.uk and quote your order reference number.

Q. How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
Only one credit card can be used per order.
The card must be registered to the same address as your Smith Tools Account.

Q. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the courier details and your tracking number, this can be used to track your order via Parcelforce, Royal Mail or UPS.
Please note: Items that are delivered directly from our supplier cannot be tracked using this method. Where possible, suppliers will update you with delivery information. This may be via email, phone call or text message. If you have supplied your mobile number you will receive a free text message around 7am on the day of delivery informing you of an estimated 2 hour time slot, the name of the driver and a link to live tracking so you can follow your parcels progress.

Q. Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes we do, both Saturday and Sunday.
Q. Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes we do. All orders over £100.00 are delivered to a single UK address free of charge.
Q. How long will delivery take?
Orders placed on weekdays before 10am will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on weekends may take an additional day to deliver. Any orders placed after 10am will be usually be delivered within two days. We make every effort to ensure all orders arrive in a speedy fashion but cannot be held responsible for third party errors or mishaps. Delivery dates for orders placed on 'not in stock' items will be confirmed via email.
Q. How long are items out of stock?
We aim to restock all items within four weeks. As soon as items are restocked the website is updated and Account Holders automatically notified.

Q. Can my order be delivered to a site or an alternative address?
Of course, just specify your preferred delivery address during checkout.
Q. Do you offer any kind of discounts?
We offer a 10% discount on your first order if you create an account with us and sign up for our newsletter.

Q. What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring one of the following items with you when collecting your order at the store:
Photographic ID (current passport or current driving licence).
Your booking confirmation email or order number received via text message.
The Debit / Credit card with the name of the person who placed the order.
